Every order is hand-inspected and packed with care to ensure your specialist formulas arrive in perfect condition.

1. UK Standard Delivery

• Tracked Specialist Shipping: £4.95 (2–3 business days).

• Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over £50.

• We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure your products are secure from our clinic to your door.

2. Residency Collection (Upper Norton Farm)

• If you are attending a residency or treatment at the Farm, you may select "Residency Collection" at checkout to collect your prescription in person. This service is complimentary.

3. Processing Times

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM are typically processed the same business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your prescription has been dispatched.

4. Sustainable Packaging

• Your order will arrive in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging designed to protect both your skin and the planet.

At Emma Clarke Skin, we pride ourselves on the clinical quality of our high-performance formulas. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our clients, please note the following policy:

1. Cancellations & Change of Mind (Online Orders)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to notify us if you wish to cancel and return your items for a full refund.

2. Hygiene & Condition of Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. If the security seal is broken or the product shows signs of use, we cannot provide a refund or exchange for hygiene reasons.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us at Emma-clarke88@outlook.com within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence. As a Specialist clinic, we will provide a full refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. How to Return

• Please email emma-clarke88@outlook.com to request a return authorization.

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Processing your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
