A highly effective yet gentle exfoliating concentrate expertly formulated to smooth texture, refine pores and reveal a brighter, more radiant complexion. The Science:
Infused with Lactic Acid, a gentle AHA that works to loosen and remove dead skin cells without irritation. Combined with soothing organic White Tea and Sage extracts, it calms the skin while boosting cell turnover, helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines, pigmentation and uneven tone. Hyaluronic Acid ensures skin remains hydrated and plump throughout the process.
How to Use:
Apply a few drops to clean skin 1-2 times per week, ideally in the evening. Massage gently over face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave for a few minutes then rinse thoroughly with warm water, or follow immediately with your moisturiser.

1. Cancellations & Change of Mind (Online Orders)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to notify us if you wish to cancel and return your items for a full refund.
2. Hygiene & Condition of Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. If the security seal is broken or the product shows signs of use, we cannot provide a refund or exchange for hygiene reasons.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us at Emma-clarke88@outlook.com within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence. As a Specialist clinic, we will provide a full refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. How to Return

β’ The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
β’ We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Processing your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.

2. Residency Collection (Upper Norton Farm)
β’ If you are attending a residency or treatment at the Farm, you may select "Residency Collection" at checkout to collect your prescription in person. This service is complimentary.
3. Processing Times
β’ Orders placed before 1:00 PM are typically processed the same business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your prescription has been dispatched.
